The firm has recently changed its name to PNProperties to illustrate the company’s evolution from a commercial property advisor to a mixed-use real estate company. If the new name marks the end of the former entity, the new brand reflects the company’s new identity as an international player.

The switch to the PNP initials is also an opportunity to be more in line with our evolving property sector and the company’s growing involvement in global real estate market, marking a break from its former ownership structure.

Christophe Neuenschwander has been working in the real estate industry for more than 20 years of which more than 12 years at IDG as Senior Consultant and at CBRE as Associate Partner. In his advisory role, he developed his market awareness by focusing on leasing, tenant representation and gained a significant track record of closing successful transactions in the "high and luxury segment" and premium brands. Since 2013, he has been shareholder and Managing Partner of one of the leading independent retail advisory company in Belux region which becomes PNProperties in 2018.

Christophe Neuenschwander has in-depth knowledge and experience in Belgium and Luxembourg. He speaks French, English, Dutch and Italian.

Jérôme Peyrard has over 25 years of retail property development and expansion experience in Europe. Prior to founding PNProperties, he began at Cushman & Wakefield in London and then held previous directorships throughout Western and Central Europe with other companies including Jones Lang LaSalle, Multi Development, Louis Delhaize Group. As such, he was responsible for acquisition, assets management and the identification, valuation, and consummation of the investments in the region. Since 2013, he has become shareholder and Managing Partner of the "bespoke retail advisor" known today as PNProperties.
